I believe that we should feel as fit and young as possible for as long as possible. I love all kinds of fitness that involve an element of play and fun put are challenging. 

I dislike exercise methods that have a high incident of injury. I’m also not keen on fast food, not sleeping enough and bad manners!

I love the feeling after having a complete workout of mobility, skill work, strength and stretching. And cleanliness!

I want to help people realise their full potential which is usually leaps and bounds beyond what they imagine; to take people that are half broken and give them amazing skills and a body that can take them pain-free through life. 

My own goals are to become as skilled as possible, to learn from as many masters in their fields as possible. I’d also like to be the best possible version of myself and reach my full potential as a man and human!

I have been helping a 77 yr old woman get around without her walking stick and she is enjoying life much more. I also completely eradicated her daily pain that she was in for years. It won’t be long before she will be taking the stairs two at a time!
