Robert has a long background in health, fitness and movement.
Being a martial artist for the last 15 years has given him a strong sense of how to functionally move the
body and this is where he specialises.
Robert also helps prevent and rehabilitate a client's injuries through movement and careful progressions
according to their current ability. Robert believes that everyone should be able to live and move as full
as possible for as long as possible.
