We’ll talk about the steps of detoxing and how beneficial for the system it can be. Further wel’l discuss the common errors when detoxing and how it’s often becoming a torture of juices and starvation that are becoming a quick diet with the potential of big yoyo effects

In her spare time, she spent over 10 years in a swimming team participating in competitions in her region. Having lived in Hong Kong since 2008, Tanja noticed the lack of food knowledge and education, poor lifestyle choices, and crash diets that existed in Hong Kong. This on-going issue in Hong Kong has lead to generations of individuals being unaware of the choices they are making, and the impact these choices will have on their long-term health. Tanja’s goal is to educate a nation, creating sustainable, high quality lifestyles and teach people to “ditch the diets”.

Brief Bio:

What does it even mean to be a good parent or an effective parent? I think you could get a lot different answers depending on who you speak to, some saying a good parent is one that gets their kids into the right university or pushes their child to excel in a particular area; and other’s who feel they have been good parents if they grow well adjusted resilient children who can bounce back from adversity and have a strong moral compass, motivation for learning, curiosity and a sense of belonging and well being. Others may say they just want their kids to be happy! The answers are as varied as the perspectives of the individuals who are doing the parenting!
