Chinese New Year Youth Fire Strength & Conditioning Program
Our Holiday camps focus on Strength & Conditioning for youth aged between 7-12yrs old and 13-15yrs old. Our S&C Camps are perfect for growing athletes who specifically need to get stronger for their sport and prevent injury.
When: 8th , 10th, 12th February
How long: 10am sharp – 12pm
Where: Elite Personal Training, Wong Chuk Hang, Southside, Hong Kong
What age: 7-12 yr old Youth. Boys & Girls
Class Size: Only 6 per Coach
How much $1588/Week or $600/session
Includes a healthy snack.
These camps are designed to give your youth a strong foundation of knowledge, practice and careful progression in Strength & Conditioning Training as well as its dangers.

APPLY FOR OUR 1 WEEK CNY YOUTH FIRE STRENGTH & CONDITIONING PROGRAM STARTING 8TH FEBRUARY.
All youth must firstly learn how to perform all the movement patterns to perfection before they are progressed SLOWLY to strength training. This is done under the watchful guidance of our qualified Strength & Conditioning Coaches.
The program is also a lot of fun with great support from coaches, peers and great music to keep the youth pumped up and enjoying being in a gym setting.
