Tom has over 15 years’ experience in the fitness industry, performing a variety of different roles from management to sports coaching.

Tom is a Premier Level 3 personal trainer specialising in the strength and conditioning of elite athletes; focusing on injury prevention, postural control, flexible, mobility and rehabilitation.

His knowledge, enthusiasm, passion perform at the highest level drives his clients to succeed.

With his confident & encouraging manner, Tom Preston makes it clear that nothing is too much trouble for him, as he gives total attention to each individual’s needs. He has raised my awareness how I can get the best performance from each muscle group, with good form. I think this is so valuable at any age, but particularly as we get older.
