Return Policy

Don’t think your order is right for you? Don’t sweat it! EPT offers free and easy returns within 10 days after delivery – no questions asked! You can choose one of the following return options: (All costs will be paid for by the client)

i) Any S.F. Express Service Centres or Stores across Hong Kong  

ii) Drop off your return parcel at EPT Head Office in:

Exchange Eligibility

Exchanges are only available for products of the same nature. Exchanging for a different product is strictly not allowed. We recommend to return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the different product.

Here is a quick returns checklist for your reference:

1. Is the item within 10 days from the day you received it? 
2. Is the product still sealed?
3. Is the item in the same condition, unused, as when it first arrived?
4. Is the item still in its original packaging?
5. Is the item packed neatly and securely, together with the returns slip, ready to be returned? 

The item remains in your care before it gets back to us. Please do ensure that utmost care is taken when preparing the item to be returned to us. Once you have checked that everything is in place, you are ready to make the return of your shopping back to us!


Refund Policy

Refunds are typically issued via your preferred refund method indicated while filling up the Online Exchange and Return request or on the return slip. By default, the mode of refund is your original payment method. You can also choose to be refunded via Store Credit.

Please note:
- EPT reserves the rights to withhold any refunds if your original item have not reached our Returns Department
- Ensure that refund details given are correct and complete. Any incorrect and/or incomplete entries will be refunded entirely to Wallet Credit.
- If your exchange item is unavailable, we will proceed to refund you fully in Store Credit.

- The refunded store credit used in new order can only be refunded as store credit.

You will receive an email notification when your refund is processed.
