Holistic Personal Training

Our Holistic Personal Training Program has the CHEK holistic approach to physical training. We provide 1-On-1, 2-On-1, and Group (+3) Personal Training.


Bootcamp is the FIRST team-based outdoor exercise program that is all about getting FAST results.  We have 12 not-so-secret locations where recruits are put through their paces. The early morning and evening exercise regimes target your entire body.

FIRE group personal training uses the same EPT Holistic Personal Training principles, but utilizes them for a group setting. The group routines ares designed for maximum fat loss as a team, with each exercise customized to each individual participant. For instance, the first exercise could be a squat, but because of everyones different levels of flexibility, strength, and structural balance, different participants would perform different variations of the squat under guided supervision.

Youth Programs

Our Youth Programs Program will guide your youth towards their athletic potential, through a fun and structured environment. The focus of the program is coordination, speed, agility, and body weight strength specific to this age group. The program will provide your youth with a comfortable gym environment and development of your basic movement patterns. This will prepare them for the coming years, where strength and conditioning will become an integral part of their athletic performance and physical development. Great for any budding athlete or youth that wants improve their coordination.

The Bootcamp and Outdoor Group Fitness Course is specially designed to train and educate fitness professionals in the discipline of outdoor group fitness.
