EPT’s head trainer, Paul, hails from Australia, and has been involved in sports all his life. Originally a professional footballer, he has worked as a personal trainer and coach for the past eight years.

Having lived in Asia for much of his life, where he successfully competed in numerous Cross Fit competitions. Paul recently returned to his beloved Hong Kong, to continue his training career, helping people with their fitness challenges and improving their lives for the better.

He specialises in the following training areas; kettle bells, strength, Olympic weightlifting, mobility, gymnastics, conditioning, sports training and injury rehabilitation.

When he’s not in the studio, Paul likes to lounge by the pool or at the beach, read a good book, travel, water ski or catch up on a movie.
