SUMMER HOLIDAY
Youth FIRE Strength and Conditioning Camps

Does your child love sport? Need extra coaching? Maybe you’d like your son or daughter to get moving, get stronger, build confidence and learn new skills? Perhaps even lose some weight? Youth FIRE could be just the ticket! Our personal trainers have years of experience coaching kids. We guarantee they’ll love it!

Recommended attendance: twice per week.

Program includes:

  1. Safe strength training
  2. Aerobic conditioning
  3. Nutrition & lifestyle information
  4. Weekly nutrition & lifestyle session
  5. Lots of fun!

NOTE: No weights will be done until your child demonstrates competency in technique and until we have your approval.

Dates:

  • June: 12, 14, 16, 19, 21, 23, 26, 28, 30
  • July: 3, 5, 7, 10, 12, 15, 17, 19, 21, 24, 26, 28, 31
  • August: 2, 4, 7, 9, 11, 14, 16, 21, 23, 25

Times:

  • Time AM: 10.30am - 12.30pm
  • Time PM: 2pm - 4pm

 

Holiday Programme

Daily Schedule:
50 Minute fitness circuits (indoors)
20 Minute rest & light snack/nutrition session (every Wed)
50 Minute cardio training (outdoors if fine, indoors if raining)
