EPT’s aim is to provide structured, progressive and results based fitness, with strength & conditioning programmes that are fun and supportive, yet challenges each student for the 2016-17 school year.
Our programmes are as follows:
FITkids Programme (Ages 10-13)
Our FITkids Programme will guide each child towards their athletic potential, in a fun and structured environment. The focus of the programme is on co-ordination, speed, agility, and body weight strength exercises, specific to this age group. We provide a comfortable gym environment for the development of basic movement patterns. This will prepare them for the coming years, where strength and conditioning will become an integral part of their athletic performance and physical development. Great for any budding athlete or youth that wants to improve their co-ordination.

Price: $1588/week for 3x per week
Our conditioning programme is perfect for all sporting teams. It is structured and periodised over a 6-week cycle to optimise physical performance on the field for any sport. Ideal for rugby, football, netball, lacrosse and any sport that requires a physical presence.
