Chris Scott

Born and bred in Hong Kong, Chris has Asia in his veins.  He is passionate about the human form, health and fitness.

Chris became a personal trainer after completing his bachelor’s degree in Sport and Exercise Science.  His driving force has been to spread his passion for sport and exercise.  He is a true believer that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to training and that results stem from having precise, individualised training programs customized to each client.

Chris’ love for movement has lead him down the path of Corrective Exercise.  He believes that no one should live with chronic pain and he specifically implements corrective exercises into his training, ensuring that he is continually working on posture, mobility and movement efficiency.

Chris aims to help his clients make lifelong commitments to health and exercise, whilst endeavouring to making training as enjoyable as possible.

Chris is kind natured, caring and extremely knowledgeable in his field.  His hobbies are Rugby, kickboxing and keeping close to his family.
