WE START YOU OFF WITH OUR HEALTH AND FITNESS CONSULTATION.
This is why EPT succeeds: Our in-depth consultation will review your exercise history and medical history, analyze your nutrition profile, discuss your lifestyle habits, and most importantly the SMART(Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic) goals you wish to achieve. We then determine your overall fitness level by looking at areas such as cardiovascular endurance, strength and power, flexibility, mobility, and body composition measures (body fat and lean mass). With the help of a certified health and wellness coach, we customize your 21 days program to maximize your Fitness level.
WE TAKE YOU THROUGH 21 DAYS OF GUIDED NUTRITION, AND RESULTS-BASED EXERCISE.
Based on your exercises choices during your initial assessment, EPT will work you through a combination of 1 on 1 Personal Training, FIRE Group PT, Outdoor and Indoor Group Training, and Nutritional Coaching. Your 21 Days will be watched an monitored carefully, with the support of the group, you wouldn’t dare give up! Here are the different programs we offer for our 21Days FIT&LEAN:
1 ON 1 HOLISTIC PERSONAL TRAINING
Our exclusive 1 on 1 Holistic program incorporates posture correction, balance, flexibility and strength training tailored to your exercise ability and history. This program is ideal for those who have a pre-existing injury or has a history of injuring themselves working out. It can also include nutrition and lifestyle program to help you achieve your weightloss/fatloss goals. (Bootcamp and Group Training are free for the time you are part of this PT program.)
FIRE – SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING
In small groups of no more than 4, you will receive a tailored strength training program for you and the goals you want to achieve. Strength Training is the most effective and long lasting results based program. Your body will build muscle where it should be and your waistline will drop with every ounce of muscle you build. When you join this program you receive Bootcamp and Group Training free for the time you are part of this program.
BOOTCAMP OR INDOOR GROUP TRAINING
In groups of up to 15, you will be put through your paces at different locations around Hong Kong and at our private studio. Choose from HK Park, Victoria Park, Repulse Bay Beach or if you have a group of 6 friends you can start your own location. Ask us how we can help you set it up!
Nutrition has been and still is a labyrinth to many. What do you eat, when should you eat and even how do you eat? You will not only receive a consult with our leading Nutritionist and Naturopath, Neil Coppede but also you will get a full meal plan, lifestyle changes as well as recommendations on supplements that will help you increase your energy, think clearer, shed body fat easier and help with aches and pains that life may bring.
