Try our 21 day challenge. Available as 1:1 personal training, where you will still gain a high level of individual attention.

Price depends on how many times per week will you train and whether you will train 1:1 with a trainer or in a small group: 

1:1 training with Personal Trainer:

  • PT 2 x week = $5,610
  • PT 3 x week = $8,415
  • PT 4 x week = $11,220

FIRE Semi Private Personal Trainer: 

  • PT 2x week = $2,550
  • PT 3 x week = $3,825
  • PT 4 x week = $5,100

WHAT DO I GET?

  • 6, 9, or 12 1:1 Personal Training or small group FIRE sessions (Depending if you want to do 2 x week, 3 x week or 4 x week)
  • A dedicated Personal Trainer to keep you accountable
  • A tailored training programme, designed for only YOU
  • 21 Day Nutrition booklet
  • Introductory consultation to find out where you are right now, and where you want to be 
  • Regular benchmark huddles with your Trainer
  • A thirty minute nutrition and lifestyle coaching session
